RDP Strives to Provide a Safe Environment
- Liability Disclaimer: All students and parents are required to sign a medical release form absolving RDP from liability in the case of an emergency. We also require a medical emergency number to be on file for each student.
- Leaving the Studio: Students are strictly prohibited from waiting alone outside for rides. If students go outside for any reason they must have permission of a staff member and go with a buddy.
- Sick Policy: If a student is sick we ask that they stay home and rest in order to help with a faster recovery. Please inform the teacher so he/she can suggest a comparable make-up class as there is no reduction in tuition for missed classes.
RDP Keeps You Informed
Our goal is to keep you well informed. We will strive to maintain an open line of communication amongst the teachers, students and parents.
- Website: The most effective source of information is our studio website www.rohannadance.com. There you will find a calendar of events as well as our most up to date studio information such as: class schedules, competition and recital updates, and studio closings.
- Newsletters: Newsletters are published monthly and are intended to keep students and parents informed about any upcoming holidays, changes to class schedules, information about costumes, or any other pertinent studio information. We encourage everyone to visit our website for an on-line version of the newsletter when it is hot off the press! We will also provide hard copies in the studio office, and one will be posted monthly on the studio bulletin board.
- Bulletin Board: Most pertinent information as well as changes or upcoming events can be found on the studio bulletin board located in the front lobby. We strongly recommend that you please take the time to reference both the website and bulletin board the FIRST OF EACH MONTH.
