If you are interested in becoming a member of the RDP Competition Team, please inquire upon registration for additional information and audition dates. We have four competition levels on our competition team. All will be required to attend specific classes, extra rehearsals as needed, and compete in various dance and talent competitions on the weekends.
Placement in troops will be determined by audition and coaches discretion. Please see the Handbook (Section VII) for further information.
This class will introduce a more structured dance atmosphere for students interested in becoming members of the 2008-2009 Competition Team. [Register]

The Pilates Method is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body without building bulk. Not surprisingly, some of the first people to use the Pilates Method were dancers such as Martha Graham and George Balanchine.
